Questions
Before you get in touch
What happens in the free 15-minute call?
You tell me a little about what's bringing you, ask any questions, and we get a sense of whether we'd work well together. There's no obligation to book.
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes, with a few limits that I'll explain fully before we start, for example if I believed you or someone else were at serious risk of harm. I discuss my work in clinical supervision, a standard part of ethical practice, without sharing anything that identifies you.
I think I might be neurodivergent. Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are waiting for an assessment, or simply wonder whether you might be neurodivergent, you're welcome. We don't need a label to work with how you experience things.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies. Some people come for six to eight sessions with something specific in mind; others prefer open-ended work. We'll review together as we go.
Do you work online?
Yes. Online sessions take place by secure video. Many people find it easier to fit around work and family, and the way we work together is the same.
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full.
